April 01 Update:

This has been another amazing month on the Debris Field. Our sincere thanks to everyone who has contributed, either by submitting photographs, reviews and other material, or by participating in the ongoing dialogue on the Forum. It is very pleasing to see the site grow and thrive thanks, of course, to the support of our site members.

Most striking this month perhaps is the range of merchant shipping which we continue to explore. From luxury liners to coastal steamers and work boats to hypothetical designs, it is always a pleasure to see the broad range of shipping topics on display.

Also this month, you will notice that the fastest growing section of the site is the "Member's Work in Progress" section. Debris Field has always been first and foremost a hands on model building site so it is exciting to see the progress as these models come together. Truly an inspiration for those of us who agree that the joy in model building comes from the journey, not just the destination. Or to quote a well known source, we all know that "Getting there is half the fun!"
